Returns Policy

All goods are supplied with 30 day money back guarantee provided that they are returned as sold, ie unworn with all the supporting paperwork. All returns must be sent by Royal Mail special delivery and fully insured by sender. A full refund will be issued less the initial cost of posting.

 

365-diamond.com will exchange for any other item in our collection, refund your money or send replacement goods. This excludes any items that have been designed through our bespoke service, ie designed exclusively for our client by themselves or by 365-diamond.com. 

Warranty

 

All goods sold by 365-diamond.com are supplied with a lifetime warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. Our jewellery is handmade to a very high standard and any wear and tear or damage after delivery is the customer's responsibility. Our guarantee does not cover any work carried out by a third party.  Note: Due to the excellent skills of our diamond setters our diamonds will not just fall out but can be dislodged if knocked or a claw is damaged/lifted, all stones are set securely and checked prior to delivery. If at any time your diamond is loose we advise that you contact us immediately so we can advise accordingly.  We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your diamond jewellery as loss of diamonds does not fall under the 365-diamond.com warranty.

We strongly recommend that you DO NOT buy diamond rings from online jewellers/manufacturers who supply ‘in-house’ diamond grading certificates, ie diamonds that they have graded themselves.

This is a bit like buying a house without the title deeds!

You should only buy a diamond when it comes with a diamond grading certificate from an independent, unbiased, certified laboratory, (such as GIA, IGI or HRD) who do not sell diamonds and are not connected to any diamond suppliers or manufacturers Without an independent certificate you are left to trust the jeweller’s estimate, which could be subjective or even misleading.

This is why some online diamonds appear surprisingly cheap. The jewellers/suppliers, who provide ‘in-house’ diamond grading certificates, do not pay the £100 independent certification fee, which virtually all quality diamonds must have.

More importantly, you do not want your fiancé or partner getting a nasty shock when he/she decides to get your diamond ring valued at the local jeweller’s only to discover that the diamond is nowhere near as valuable, or as good quality, as she (and you) had thought!

The only way to avoid this scenario is to make sure your diamond is independently certified, which means you can be 100% sure of its excellence and value.

What is a certificate?

A diamond certificate is a report prepared by a team of gemologists. The diamond is evaluated, measured and scrutinized by trained eyes in laboratory conditions. A diamond grading certificate includes an analysis of the diamond’s dimensions, clarity, colour, polish, symmetry and other characteristics.
