Refund Policy
All goods are supplied with 30 day money back guarantee provided that they are returned as sold, ie unworn with all supporting paperwork. All returns must be sent by Royal Mail special delivery and fully insured by sender. A full refund will be issued less the initial cost of posting.

365-diamond.com will exchange for any other item in our collection, refund your money or send replacement goods. This excludes any items that have been designed through our bespoke service, ie designed exclusively for our client by themselves or by 365-diamond.com.

All returns must be sent by Royal Mail special delivery and fully insured by sender.

Privacy Policy
365-diamond.com are committed to protecting your privacy and will not pass any information supplied to any third party. 365-diamond.com will not email customers unless we have been given consent and customers will be able to unsubscribe at any time by calling customer services on 01543 481175 .

Delivery
All our diamond jewellery is hand made to order and we require 7-10 working days from order date to delivery. In urgent cases we can make pieces quicker, please state when ordering. Unless otherwise stated delivery will be by Royal Mail next day special delivery. This should ensure delivery during Monday-Friday of 24 hours. Weekends, ie postal Friday night could mean 48 hours. All jewellery will be fully insured.

Guarantees
All goods sold by 365-diamond.com are supplied with a full 36-month guarantee, which covers any manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover any work carried out by a third party.

Note: Due to the excellent skills of our diamond setters our diamonds will NOT fall out of our jewellery, they can only be dislodged. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your diamond jewellery as loss of diamonds does not fall under the 365-diamond.com guarantee.
