Returns Policy

All goods are supplied with 30 day money back guarantee provided that they are returned as sold, ie unworn with all the supporting paperwork. All returns must be sent by Royal Mail special delivery and fully insured by sender. A full refund will be issued less the initial cost of posting.

 

365-diamond.com will exchange for any other item in our collection, refund your money or send replacement goods. This excludes any items that have been designed through our bespoke service, ie designed exclusively for our client by themselves or by 365-diamond.com.

 

 

WARRANTY

All goods sold by 365-diamond.com are supplied with a lifetime warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. Our jewellery is handmade to a very high standard and any wear and tear or damage after delivery is the customer's responsibility. Our guarantee does not cover any work carried out by a third party.  Note: Due to the excellent skills of our diamond setters our diamonds will not just fall out but can be dislodged if knocked or a claw is damaged/lifted, all stones are set securely and checked prior to delivery. If at any time your diamond is loose we advise that you contact us immediately so we can advise accordingly.  We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your diamond jewellery as loss of diamonds does not fall under the 365-diamond.com warranty.
